We do not process product exchanges. However, we can process a return of your purchase. Then, you can then purchase a new product of your choice from Americanmedica.com. Your shipment should arrive within 2-6 business days from the date you placed the order
After your item ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email that includes tracking information
Free shipping applies when your online order totals $50 or more!*
*Your total purchase must reach the designated amount prior to the costs of shipping and tax.
Same Day Shipping
Orders placed Monday to Friday by 3 PM Eastern Time will be packed and shipped the same day, as long as billing information is verified and processed correctly.
Orders containing out-of-stock items will be processed as quickly as possible, but cannot be shipped out the same day.
Sometimes it happens - a product is out of stock after you’ve ordered it. No fear, we’ll backorder it for you!
Any order containing an item that requires backorder will be held and the customer will be contacted immediately. In some cases, back-ordered item(s) in your purchase will be shipped to you separately at no extra charge via standard shipping when they become available.
Orders to PO. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO are sent via USPS only.
We will notify you of any complications with your credit card.
